Interchic chicken breast, cut into strips Salt to taste3/4 cup water, or as required1/2 cup Oil1 red bell pepper, sliced1 tbsp. paprika1 tsp mixed herbs2 Chopped onions1 Chopped Tomatoes Chopped dhania leaves2 cups of Unga, kachumbari (vegetable salad)

Method

  1. To make the chapatti, mix together flour, oil, salt, and water. Knead for 5 minutes to form the dough. Roll the dough into a ball and press together with your palms. Using a rolling pin, roll the dough into a round shape.
  2. Place the chapatti into a heated pan, flip over once you see bubbles start forming.
  3. Add hot oil to the pan and place the chicken strips to cook for 2-3 minutes. Add peppers, paprika, mixed herbs, salt and pepper.
  4. Fill the chicken into your chapatti. Add fresh kachumbari into the mixture and roll for the perfect bite sized meal.
