Interchick Vienna

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Interchick Vienna
  • 1 pack of spaghetti (any)
  • 4 large ripe tomatoes, diced
  • 1 large carrot, peeled & diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 large onion, peeled & diced
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ teaspoon of black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt
  • Cooking oil

Method

  • Cook the pasta until done then set aside
  • Put a skillet over medium heat
  • Heat some oil and fry the onions
  • Add diced tomatoes, minced garlic and a bit of water
  • Let it simmer until golden
  • Add carrots and green pepper
  • Add Interchick Vienna (sliced)
  • Season with salt & pepper
  • Mix with the spaghetti
