Interchick Vienna

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Interchick Vienna (sliced)
  • 1 ½ cup of broccoli
  • 1 ½ cup of cauliflower
  • 1 large carrot, peeled & diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 large onion, peeled & sliced
  • ¼ teaspoon of black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt
  • ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
  • Cooking oil

Method

  • Pre-heat oven stove to 220℃
  • Add all ingredients to a baking sheet
  • Cook for 25 to 30 minutes until tender
  • (Toss halfway through baking)
