1 kg Interchic chicken wings2 red chilies½ a lemon’s juice2 tbsp. chicken masala2 tsp. salt½ tsp. red chili powder½ cup sunflower oil5 cloves of garlic4 tbsp. vinegar1 tsp. black pepper.
Method
Put washed and dried wings into a bowl. Mix together the red chilies, lemon juice, chicken masala, salt, pepper, red chili powder, garlic and vinegar. Pour this sauce over the chicken wings and let them marinate for at least 1 hour.
Place the oil into a pan. Shallow fry the wings for 5-10 minutes until evenly cooked.
Cut potatoes into wedges and fry the perfect crispy chips to accompany your wings. Serve hot with tomato and chili sauce.
