Chicken Vienna with Roasted Veggies

INGREDIENTS
1 pack of Interchick Vienna (sliced)
1 ½ cup of broccoli
1 ½ cup of cauliflower
1 large carrot, peeled & diced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 large onion, peeled & sliced
¼ teaspoon of black pepper
¼ teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon of cinnamon
Cooking oil
Method
- Pre-heat oven stove to 220℃
- Add all ingredients to a baking sheet
- Cook for 25 to 30 minutes until tender
- (Toss halfway through baking)
